Please join the Valencia Symphony Orchestra for their next performance – A Charlie Chaplin / Harold Lloyd Double Bill at the Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center on August 26th at 7:00 PM. With two new scores, these films come to life on the big screen.

Charlie Chaplin’s THE ADVENTURER (1917) tells the story of an escaped convict who finds favor with a wealthy family after he saves their daughter from drowning. Harold Lloyd’s THE FRESHMAN (1925), scored by Bernard Duc in collaboration with 6 others composers, is the story of a college freshman trying to become popular by joining the football.
